This workout sucks, no doubt.  But it doesn’t have to as much if you set your body up for success.

This video will highlight a lot of the warm-up strategies that will help you improve on your thrusters and chest to bars today and for the rest of time.  It will also help you understand when and why to rest during your thrusters so you can press through your chest to bar or pull-ups.
