3 Key Steps to Improve and Progress your Toe to Bar

You asked and now you shall receive.

The overwhelming majority of the responses surrounded the concept of gymnastic skills from the bar.  The two top responses were for help with toe-to-bar and muscle-up with chest-to-bar and pull-up also receiving some attention.

This post will obviously focus on toe-to-bar, but further posts will do the same for the muscle-up as well as pistols and double-unders.

Certain movements may be prioritized higher if they are included in the Open workout; however, I will try to get things out as quickly as I can so that you have the best chance to adapt and dominate.
