Not Just Chiro – Worship to Plank

We love our patients because they are so good to us in that they never hesitate to spread the word about what we are doing at HPC.  So, before I go any further, thank you!

One of the things they comment on is the struggle with helping others understand what we do and that we are “not just a chiropractic office.”  Well, we will make that easier by highlighting things we do to help rehab our patients and educate them on how to speed recover and solidify results.

This video highlights the worship to plank; one of our “baseline” lower half exercises (we also have stability, strength, skill, and performance sections of rehab).  It is a great exercise for multiple parts of the body including:

  1. Shoulder
  2. Scapula
  3. Cervical & Thoracic Spine
  4. Lumbar Spine Discs
  5. Hips
  6. Knees
  7. Ankles & Feet

Regardless of age, ability, or condition, many patients will utilize the worship to plank to mobilize, decompress, and then stabilize the above mentioned areas.
