Setup, Setup, Setup!
We rarely think of it, but it is so important to ensure that our setup allows us to succeed in moving well and staying healthy.
What do I mean?
That’s a long answer, but in short, ensuring that you can use your hips to protect your knees and back.
If you don’t setup yourself up to succeed, or even worse, wear clothes that prevent you from doing so, you are in for some major problems.
