I’ll take the Squat, hold the Pancake

A highly technical squat, whether low or high bar, is a cornerstone to every STRENGTH & conditioning program. It is also a critical requirement of human existence. Some of us (yup, me too) are very tight through the hips and ankles which can make us pancake in the bottom of the squat.

This video shows a good catchall mobilization that can take the pancake out of your squats.
