Overhead Squat and BTN Press

The overhead squat is a catch-all movement. Meaning, it catches just about everything in terms of demand as well as exposes any weaknesses throughout the chain. Developing technique and then capability is a gateway to improving the entire system, but specifically the shoulders, neck and head.
