16.3 Retest

Sorry for the delay, but couldn’t get the retest in until about an hour ago.  This video will help you manage your heart rate and grip in the snatch so you can maximize your output in the muscle-ups or chest to bar.  I know it sounds silly, but pacing the snatch with a quick break will significantly reduce the transition time in the muscle ups.  It will also save your heart rate so you can push at the end.  Lastly, treat the power snatch more like a heavy kettlebell swing and you will significantly improve.  Good Luck
