16.2 – Recover, Retest, Rep it Out!

16.2 has been more of a frustration than a grind.  Whether it be DU’s, bonking out on TTB’s, or not being able to pick up the bar, there have been many struggles and many repeated attempts at surpassing the reality check.  This video will highlight some recovery thoughts on protecting the low back from highly repetitive and fatigue-state low back flexion-extension, as well as touch on the strategies that will help conserve energy for a better tie-break time and achieving those coveted final reps on the clean.
