16.2 – Reality Check

From long and light to fast and strong.  16.2 is a doozy.  Though it looks “neat” on the board it is one of those workouts that opens your eyes to reality very quickly… especially if you aren’t that strong.  That said, this video will help you maximize your strength or optimize your tie-break position through pacing strategies, warm-up considerations, post-WOD feedback, and retesting considerations.
