If you progress very far with treatment at the office and you do any weightlifting, you already realize the importance of the front rack position.
For those of you who are not patients, YOU NEED TO UNDERSTAND THE IMPORTANCE.
Developing a good front rack position is the beginning grind. Ensuring that you are efficiently finding it and maintaining in several complex movement is the end-goal. Successfully doing this under a ranging amount of load and/or fatigue is the necessity for longevity and potentiation.
Develop the front rack for front squat and push press. Ensure that it is found in cleans, jerks, thrusters, and even wallballs. Maintain it throughout workouts to ensure safety, efficiency, and performance, and long term results.
