Who has knee pain? About 1 in 4 of us regardless of our activity status.
How can this be? Athletes and non-athletes have the same tendency to over-use the knee and under-use the hip.
Why is that important? The hip connects the leg to the core to create a stable system. If we have a lazy hip, not only will we over-use the knee, but we will be unstable and vulnerable to many issues at the knee, hip, low back, shoulder, neck, and so on.
