Knee Pain and the Quad Mash-Roll

Who has knee pain?  About 1 in 4 of us regardless of our activity status.

How can this be?  Athletes and non-athletes have the same tendency to over-use the knee and under-use the hip.

Why is that important?  The hip connects the leg to the core to create a stable system.  If we have a lazy hip, not only will we over-use the knee, but we will be unstable and vulnerable to many issues at the knee, hip, low back, shoulder, neck, and so on.

The quad mash-roll is a great way to break down damaged-tight tissue that compress the knee and the patella (knee cap).  It also provides the potential for deeper mobilization and better, more stable movement patterns for full system health and performance.

Good Luck, Keep Moving, Share, and tell us what you think.
