Life throws us into flexion.
Fatigue throws us into flexion.
Exercise strains us toward flexion.
So, no matter what we are doing, we are always being tempted by the compensatory devil that is prolonged flexion.
But don’t get me wrong. Spinal flexion, much like arch pronation is natural and necessary. Yet, we are always being drawn toward it as a long term postural strategy. If we succumb, we fail into pain and injury.
